is the fruit of the Grizzo family's decade of experience in
the sale and processing of meat. The new factory at Aviano,
built according to the most modern technological criteria, has
an area of 2600 m2 used for refrigerated storage at various
temperatures, and over 200 m2 of commercial and administrative
offices. The company is able to offer clients a vast range of
cuts of both red and white meat, fresh, frozen and/or pre-packed,
a line of its own cold cuts, as well as numerous types of typical
salamis from various sources. The variety of products, the professional
care used in processing and the extensive distribution network,
have made Gelcarni, with over 1500 clients one of the most important
companies in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region for supplying
company messrooms, supermarkets, butchers, public sector canteens,
multinational caterers and both small and large catering concerns
(snack bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels). |
