The design cycle includes patent search, economic/competitor
analysis, design, styling and operational prototypes. Our extensive
experience makes enables us to produce components for a wide
range of sectors: household appliances, electronics, furniture,
automobiles, aeronautics, etc.
Mould design, with Pro-Engineer and Moldflow software, is used
to simulate and optimize injection points, pressures, temperatures,
shrinkage, deformation and the moulding cycle, thus eliminating
costly testing.
"Just in time, free pass" production uses 35- and
200-ton injection presses for dual colours/materials. Strict
quality control guarantees high quality standards, and is recognized
by major companies in the sector. Microstamp's products are
marketed under the brand name "Munini Design", a range
of household products and complementary items for furnishing. |
